Before Neos, Olson was a Partner at Backroads Capital.

Prior to co-founding Backroads Partners, Olson was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, and, while at McKinsey, garnered broad experience including:

  • Created new product roadmap strategy for one of the E&P majors
  • Structured and implemented an operational turn-around for a commodity manufacturer
  • Restructured the purchasing process of a major retailer

Olson received a BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering from New Mexico State University, and an MBA with dual concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
