Management Team

Individually, each one of the Executive Officers (Management Team Members) of Petro Victory Energy Corp., has technical capacity and proven experience and entrepreneurial background. Collectively, they have over 75 years of hands-on oil and gas development projects and international exploration experience. Now, all together as a team, they look forward to the development of the Company’s Project Portfolio and the pursuit of other Latin America exploration project ventures, and its present and future business success.

Mr. Richard F. Gonzalez
President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board

Mr. Gonzalez is the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of the Company. He has been the Chief Executive Officer for Crescent Global Oil, LLC, an international oil and gas exploration company based in Addison, Texas, for the past ten years. He previously acted as the Honorary Consul of Paraguay. He was a fully registered diplomat with the U.S. State Department and, in that capacity, was a member of the DFW Consular Corp, Group of Latin-American Consuls in North Texas, the Dallas Committee of Foreign Relations (where he remains a member), the World Affairs Council, and the Chief Executives Round Table. He has an extensive history of founding and building successful companies in the oil and gas, telecom and biotech industries.

Mr. Gonzalez holds a B.B.A. from The University of North Texas Murphy Enterprise Center. He is the recipient of the 2006 President’s Citation Award from the University of North Texas for his professional achievements, service and support which have brought distinction to the University. He is also the Vice Chairman and member of the Board of Directors for the Chiapas Project, an initiative led by prominent business and civic leaders in Dallas, Texas, dedicated to the mission of alleviating poverty in Latin America by fostering economic independence in women through microfinance programs. He is also the co-founder and member of the Board of Directors of Jerovia Ne’Eme – Grameen Trust Paraguay Program, which is dedicated to eradicating poverty through the 2006 Nobel Peace Prize-winning Grameen Method of Microfinance in Paraguay.

Mr. J. Mark Bronson
Chief Financial Officer and Secretary

Mr. Bronson is the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company. He has been responsible for the financial oversight of over a dozen companies involved in such diverse activities as oil and gas exploration, oilfield supply, mining, renewable energy initiatives, light manufacturing, retail sales, wholesale travel and banking. He presently serves as a Director and Chief Financial Officer of Doxa Energy Ltd., a TSX-V listed exploration company, and of Dynamic Production Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of Texas.

Mr. Bronson taught part-time as an adjunct professor at the Texas Christian University Neeley Graduate School of Business. He is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant with an undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska and a M.B.A from Michigan State University. He began his accounting career with Arthur Andersen in 1972, and upon admission to the partnership in 1983, his practice focused on closely-held businesses in a wide variety of industries.

Mr. Luis A. Peters
Paraguay Manager (Non-Executive)

Mr. Peters has been the Manager of Pirity Hidrocarburos S.R.L (original Concessionaire of the Pirity Block, in the Pirity Sub-basin of Paraguay), a wholly owned Paraguayan subsidiary of Petro-Victory, LLC. (a Texas, U.S.A. based Company), since 2006. He has also been Director of Crescent Global Oil - Paraguay S.A. (original Concessionaire of the Demattei Block, in the Pirity Sub-basin of Paraguay), a wholly owned subsidiary of Crescent Global Oil, LLC. (a Texas, U.S.A. based Company), since 2005.
